Equinox is committed to investing in well-positioned companies at the lower end of the middle-market that have the potential to improve operationally, strategically and financially. Equinox generally invests in companies that meet a majority of the following criteria:

· Talented and committed management team

· Strong position relative to competitors

· Participation in a growing market

· Attractive cash flow characteristics

· Purchase price in the $10 to $50 million range
